This color sorting pack includes:
1- Primary and secondary colors sorting (6 colors).
2- Pictures of real objects to match to each color.
3- Control of error charts, so children can check their work independently.
4- Start the activity by introducing the name of each color. Before this work the child may have worked with Montessori color box 1 and 2.Then, invite the child to find real objects in the room that match the same color you have introduced. As a follow up they can work on this activity to move from a concrete to an abstract level by matching the cards instead of real objects. You will need to print the cards, laminate them for durability, then mix them up and invite the child to sort the objects to the colors.
